Return Shipping Policy

• Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid UPS return label. Please don't ship until you have it.
• Every return label covers one standard box: up to 32 × 16 × 15 in and 20 lb. Reusing the box your part came in is the easiest way to stay within it.
• If you return the part in a larger or heavier box, the extra shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
